Soybean and Berlin Black. An early fall combo worth knowing.
Lads, today’s look is a great combo: Soybean and Berlin Black.
I’m wearing the new Becker Service Pant in Soybean. I know, the color name doesn’t exactly sell it, but the color itself absolutely does. It’s one of my favorites in the line, and it’s particularly good in this rugged Milan-milled twill. Military box pockets in the back, a waistband built to move with you throughout the day, camera metal buttons and zippers throughout. You already know the deal.
On top, the Madeira French Linen Long Sleeve Polo in Berlin Black. The structured collar with canvas interlining that never sags, Cognac Silk™ lined cuffs that stay crisp when you roll the sleeves, Normandy linen that breathes and drapes properly all day. Berlin Black in linen is one of those combinations that reads as sharp without trying.
And then for when the night comes and the temperature drops, the Soybean Drücken Track Jacket. This is the piece that uplevels the whole look. It’s performant fabric designed to open in a way that frames your body better, and although it’s built for movement it works just as well as a dressed option. Soybean over Berlin Black with Soybean back on top. The earthy tones bookend the dark center and the whole combination clicks.
